FAQ’s

Can the Coach Driver stay with our group?

Where possible, our Coach Driver will park at your destination or as close to your destination as possible – however this isn’t always possible. If you require access to the coach between transfers, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Why do we need to provide final passenger numbers?

We require final passenger numbers (students and supervising staff) for our Coach Driver’s manifest. We also have coaches without seat-belts that can seat three smaller primary school students to a bench, which may assist in providing more economical transport.

Do you have a coaches suited to overnight school camps?

We tend to find our spacious 57-Seater coaches perfect for multi-day school excursions. These deluxe coaches are comfortable and come with large luggage capacity in the undercarriage for storing equipment.

We also have smaller 12 to 23-Seater vehicles and fully enclosed trailers available for smaller groups. If you would like to make a reservation, please do not hesitate to send your quote rese

What happens if I’ve left something on the coach?

As part of our COVID-19 Cleaning Policy, our Coach Drivers regularly inspect vehicles between each transfer to ensure any lost property is collected. Our Office will then be notified of any items – who will contact the student/teacher or school to ensure the belongings are returned in a timely fashion.

If you believe you have left an item on one of our coaches, please call our Office on (03) 6272 2645, and provide us with your bus route and contact details so our team can assist.

Who maintains your buses?

Our buses and coaches are professionally maintained by our Hobart depot mechanics and staff.

May I eat or drink on the coach?

To ensure best hygiene practices and comfort for passengers, we ask that you refrain from eating or drinking aboard our vehicles.

Why has another coach company picked us up?

We do our best to accommodate all reservation requests, however during peak booking periods we may utalise industry partners to ensure all school transfers can be completed. Your will not be billed for any additional costs from the third-party company if we employ anothercompany to complete your transport on our behalf.

My coach is late, what do I do?

Occasionally when coaches run behind schedule, this is caused by heavy traffic congestion or accidents during peak travel periods. Please note that we generally find that the beginning of term traffic tends to be heavier and eases into the term.

If your coach is delayed, please do not hesitate to call our Office on (03) 6272 2645 and we will be able to communicate with your Driver by radio to provide you with an ETA.

How far in advance should bookings be made?

We will do our best to accommodate last minute requests, however to avoid disappointment (especially for large group bookings for events such as Swimming/Athletics Carnivals, end of year functions, etc) we would recommend making bookings as far in advance as possible.
